All prices of products sold through www.dejavuthelabel.de include VAT.

How can I pay in the webshop?

You can choose from various payment methods. Dejavu The Label offers you the following payment options in the webshop:


- Payment with Paypal
- Payment with credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and VISA)

How can I pay with my credit card?

You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following credit cards:

VISA, American Express and MasterCard. If you choose this payment method, you must enter your credit card number, exact card name, expiry date and the three-digit CVC code (the last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.

To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and thus protected from third-party access. When you place an order, payment is authorised with your credit card. To prevent fraud, the cardholder may be contacted.

The amount is debited only when the order is delivered. If the whole order cannot be delivered, only the part of the order that was actually delivered will be charged.


Is it safe to shop at www.dejavuthelabel.com?

It is very safe to shop at Dejavu The Label. To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers, so it is protected from third-party access. This means that your personal data is encrypted and cannot be accessed by others. 

We comply with all data protection laws and other legal requirements.
And we never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Every completed order is confirmed by e-mail with an order confirmation.

What can I do if I have problems paying?

If you are unable to complete payment despite having already added the product to your shopping cart and created an account, we recommend clearing your browsing history (see top right of internet browser, History, Clear History). You can then add the product to your basket again and proceed with payment.

Can I cancel an order?

You can only do so by sending an e-mail to Info@dejavuthelabel.com before 5pm on the day of the order, stating your name, order number and order date. It may be that your order has already been processed. In that case, you can only cancel the order by returning the package.


Service and warranty:

If the product has a defect that was not obvious at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If Dejavu The Label considers that the product is indeed defective (not due to normal wear and tear, abuse and/or lack of maintenance), Dejavu The Label will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period of time indicated by Dejavu The Label. During such repair, you will not be entitled to a replacement product or any compensation. If Dejavu The Label considers that repair is not possible or cannot be expected by Dejavu The Label in view of the cost of such repair, Dejavu The Label will offer an equivalent replacement product. If this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.


If you fail to follow Dejavu The Label's instructions, misuse or fail to maintain the product, you will not be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund. The possibility of claiming any form of warranty also lapses if the product has been modified. Damage to products is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, the manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal warranty to which consumers are entitled. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it
