Exchanges & Returns

If you have received the wrong goods or if the goods you have received are faulty, please email: Info@dejavuthelabel.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. If its acceptable by our "Conditions and guidelines for returns".

Once you have returned the goods, you are entitled to a full refund in the form of a credit note, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used, opened or are not in their original condition.

Requesting a return:
Apply for a return at your nearest return centre.

Email your return form together with a photo of the returned products to Info@dejavuthelabel.com.
Once your return has been accepted, make sure it is properly packed and meets all the conditions below.

Clearly mark "Return" on the outer packaging of your parcel.

Use an insured tracking service to ensure your parcel arrives safely, including Track & Trace.

Conditions and guidelines for returns:

- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs (&return charges).
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packed so that they are not damaged in transit.
- Ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit back to us.

- All items on sale, are not returnable.
- Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
