Have you found a must-have from Dejavu The Label? Great!

Now choose a colour and/or size and click "Add to cart".
Of course, you can always continue shopping and return to your cart by clicking on the "Shopping cart" icon at the top right.
Please note that the items in your basket are not reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the shopping basket at the top right to go to your Dejavu The Label items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if necessary. Then click the "Proceed to checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout page. Here you can enter all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it because it will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Dejavu The Label pays the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping costs.

* For returning your item, however, you do pay the shipping costs, including track & trace.


CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, where you will receive a link by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We make every effort to deliver products quickly. If you order before 9pm on working days, we try to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 5-10 working days.

I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will wait 7 days for you at a DHL branch (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will be notified by the driver, who will also indicate the pick-up location. After these 7 days, DHL will return the item to our warehouse. If the parcel is not picked up, it is the customer's responsibility and we will not issue a refund.

WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship as quickly as possible, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Should it happen that your tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address, but you still have not received your order, please report this. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, DHL will launch an investigation and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
